HELPFUL TIP:
Did You Know, When Ordering Special Valance Sizes That We Measure the Widest Point on the Face of a Valance With Returns!
Some other vendors want you to use the measurement of the back opening (the open space between the returns). This can cause confusion if you want to order a valance size that is larger than normal. Therefore, please order your special valance sizes by giving us the width of the widest point on the face of the valance. To help you convert your back opening measurements, please use the following chart:

HELPING YOU, HELP US: SHIPPING DAMAGE
Inspect your shipment before you sign the bill of lading. Report any sign of damage to the outside of the box to the delivery person. Make sure that they note this in writing on the bill of lading before you sign.

Shipping damage must be reported to us within 10 working days after the package shipped. The original box and contents must be available for the freight company to pickup and inspect.

Following these procedures will ensure that repairs or re-make blinds will be made at no cost to you. If the freight company denies a damage claim because these procedures were not followed, you may be held responsible for the cost of the repairs or re-make blinds.
